Rightly Handling the Word of God

Tomorrow (Wednesday) the media specialist here will be out all day, so he has asked Julie to run the recording session. She will be recording a portion of Mark’s gospel in a language she doesn’t know with a group of people who don’t speak English. So she will need to communicate in Tok Pisin which she's been trying to teach herself in her "spare time."

We've only been here three weeks, so that’s a tall order. If there are any technical computer glitches, she says she’s cooked. Some of the recording and editing procedures are new to her.

Please pray that the Lord will help her and the team of nationals tomorrow to do a good recording of His Word for His glory.

Thanks!

Mom is loving the grammar and spelling here :) I'm so glad to get an update! I get worried about you guys when you don't post anything. Something about armed encounters and raskols. Yikes! If the worst thing you deal with is language, then I'm sure things will be all right. Love, b
